Glastonbury Festival 2022! 🥳

Once more we came and made noises everywhere in the fields at Glastonbury 2022 - and this time we brought a few very special beatbox guest's in the shape of the French, World and Grand Beatbox Battle Champions - Alexinho, River and Colaps. Alexinho joined us on all our shows filling in for Ball-Zee and from rehearsal to showtime, he nailed it. Glastonbury embraced him as well as welcomed in River and Colaps to its fields of fun. It all started on the Wednesday as Bass6 and Hobbit delivered "The Shoutalong Choir - Movies are Great" at the Rumshack with some truly memorable moments, moves and voices joining in! This then curtailed into Natty Speaks doing an outro freestyle with Hobbit and Bass6 dropping some beats and then throwing the mic to the front row - where River, Colaps, MC Zani and Alexinho caught the mic and flow and the tent was now going off!!! Glastonbury had begun!

We performed across Theatre and Circus from Gateway teaching the entire crowd how to beatbox and getting members of the public on stage for "The Beatbox Experience" and discovering a new super beatbox talent in the process too (we just received an email saying Rufus was inspired and got first place at local talent contest and won a holiday!!). We of course performed our Friday night full live show at our beloved Sensation Seekers stage, team and family, it simply felt wonderful to be back in the beauty of Glastonbury.

Kicking off Saturday with a performance at the PRS Tent, which is always a treat for some well received luxury, vibes and hospitality. Thank you for having us there once again.

We also had Petebox and Gnarly joining our forces with a few secret stages and performances with the Blendid Takeovers including some insane beatbox sessions from River and Colaps at the legendary Cornish Arms and then with Petebox and Gnarly bringing their digital styles and dynamics here as well as at the Reach and it wouldn’t be Glastonbury without some magic so we went down the maze backstage at the Rabbit hole.

Memorable moment at the top of this hill at Strummerville for Rompa's takeover with Bez and his son belting out classics with their everlasting energy and the crowd cheering along for River and Colaps to jump up and flip the script! Down the hill Bass6 jumped up at Mike Freear's set at the Bimble inn alongside MC Feline and Hobbit guested at The Rumshack with the Lazy Habits family. Topping it off with shows with the Rumshack family from The Beatbox Collective and River and Colaps. A huge thanks and love always to Lyrix Organix for bringing so many familiar faces together under one umbrella in such a memorable Glasto.

So much more to remember that txt cant recapture. The love around the entire festival was felt. Oh, and the weather wasn’t bad either!!
