Norwich Lord Mayor's Parade 2023

When asked how we can combine the youth and senior communities together to create something inclusive for Norwich’s Lord Mayor Parade 2023, we put together The Voice of Norwich. Teaching young people how to beatbox over the course of 4 weeks to the ability to perform together on the main stage at the iconic Norwich City Hall and then working alongside the Invidia choir as a backing track for The Beatbox Collective with tracks like Gangstas Paradise, Lovely day and Samba de Janiero. The streets of Norwich were full of chorus and singalongs from stage to pretty much everyone in the crowd, including the Lord mayor himself! - who afterwards requested “a little more Trance music”!!! Next year perhaps Lord Mayor, we have noted this feedback down!
